Quality Policy

Denowatts Solar LLC is a solar performance benchmarking, accounting, and analytics service with a mission to deliver accurate and reliable information as a plug-in data service to monitoring and asset management platforms.  We are committed to the continual improvement of our processes, compliance to the requirements of the ISO 17025 quality standard and meeting the needs of our customers.  Work is done in conformance to Denowatts Solar LLC’s QMS, calibration standards and operating policies and procedures.  Through front-line input and management leadership, we will continue to improve our people and processes to anticipate, meet, and exceed the needs of our customers.

The top management of Denowatts Solar LLC ensures that its Quality Policy is understood. This is accomplished through training, communication, and displays. The Quality Policy is implemented by means of documentation and training about the Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the Standard. The Quality Policy is maintained through Quality Management System audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, and reviewed for continuing suitability through periodic management reviews.

We are committed to good professional practice and will ensure the quality of our products and calibrations will always be carried out in accordance with stated methods and customer requirements.

Statement of Impartiality

Denowatts Solar understands and is fully aware of the importance of managing impartiality in carrying out our certification activities.

Denowatts Solar has documented structures, policies and procedures to manage impartiality and to ensure that the certification activities are undertaken impartially, and has top management commitment to impartiality in certification activities.

We analyze, document and eliminate the potential conflict of interests arising from our certification activities which are structured and managed so as to safeguard impartiality.

Statement of Confidentiality

Denowatts Solar understands and is fully aware of the importance of managing customer and third-party confidentiality in carrying out our certification activities.

Denowatts Solar has documented structures, policies and procedures to manage confidentiality, including Denowatts Solar Terms of Service which defines confidential customer information and how it is treated.  This  ensures that the certification activities are undertaken confidentially, and has top management commitment to confidentiality in certification activities.

We analyze, document and eliminate the potential breaches in confidentiality arising from our certification activities which are structured and managed so as to safeguard confidential information.
